Quilling is a centuries-old craft, also known as paper filigree. The technique involves rolling long, narrow strips of paper into small coils using a quilling pen. The coils are then pushed into a shape, and the end secured with glue. Then, the various shapes can be put together to make bigger, different shapes. At the bottom of this page you can see how to make a number of basic shapes for using in creating elaborate results.
