Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the Netherlands and 5-10 business days for international orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
